Most of this industry is organized around the platforms. I've spent my career organizing around the relationship — with the owner, with the guest, and with the property itself. I'm the CEO of Simple Life Hospitality, where we manage 140+ luxury vacation rentals across multiple markets. Before this, I was COO–Americas at onefinestay (Accor Group), overseeing a portfolio of 3,500+ luxury homes. That range — from a boutique multi-market operator to global scale — is where my perspective comes from. I've run the playbook at both ends, and I know which parts actually travel.
