Arlen is the Executive Director of the Direct Booking Alliance and the founder of Kicbak, a rewards currency and peer-to-peer protocol designed to accelerate the travel industry's shift to direct bookings. Through the Alliance, he works with operators, technology partners, and industry leaders to build shared infrastructure for direct distribution.
