Alex Zemianek
Ambassador
I'm Alex Zemianek, CEO of JZ Vacation Rentals in St. Louis. I help vacation rental operators grow through direct bookings, trusted partnerships, and practical uses of AI. Through my work with StreamShare, I'm building a private, peer-to-peer community where operators can share resources, best practices, and opportunities. I'm excited to support the Direct Booking Alliance and connect people working toward a stronger, more collaborative direct booking ecosystem.
